Lagoon Splitway was the 293rd map of Weekly Shorts and the third map of week 59. It uses the Blue Bay vista and was made in advance for the 2026 update for Trackmania 2020.
Strategy[edit]
The easiest method to get a good time starts off with slight steering mid-air during the flip at the start to have more speed afterwards, though don't steer too much. Do a hard left turn from the right side of the road and make sure not to airbrake, as driving on penalty grass loses speed. Take the road furthest to the left and jump to the finish, hoping to either bugfin (which is faster) or bounce into the finish from the beam at the left (if you consider the bugfin too difficult). Make sure to release to not overjump.
The fastest, but the most difficult strategy, is to steer left on the start booster, land on the left side of the road, and nosebug to the right, jumping over the road border. You then have to get a lucky bounce, avoid all of the trees, and ideally land pointed towards the finish located at the right. This is the strategy used by the world record.
