Bay is an environment introduced in TrackMania Sunrise. Like the other environments in TMS, it is water-based and land must be added on top. Unlike Island and Coast the base layer that is place-able uses the Asphalt surface as opposed to an off-road surface.

-The Bay Car [[TrackMania United Forever|TMUF]] & in [[TrackMania Sunrise]], the max speed driving forwards is 1000km/h, and backwards 500km/h. Underwater the max speed driving forwards is 55km/h and backwards is 26km/h. There is no real off road surface besides the ground portion of grass on some blocks, however the maximum speed seems to be undefined. According to [[Nadeo]] the Bay Car is based upon an unspecified 4x4, However compared to real life vehicles it exhibits similarities to the Infiniti QX-Series of SUV's, Suzuki Swift, as well as the Isuzu Rodeo. The Bay Car has one of the fastest initial acceleration of all the United Vehicles, but at high speeds when turning it can slide-out or tip over sideways like the [[Desert]] Car.
