Ktrick, or Kimura's trick, is a trick that was found by Kimura, a Trackmania Tool-Assisted Speedrunner that is well known in the community. A Ktrick is performed by doing a short burnout when the car shifts into second gear, which cancels the acceleration pause and provides a great speed advantage. This trick was originally a TAS only trick, but has since been proven possible in RTA. Ktrick can also be used in combination with a Start trick.

This trick can only be used on Island and Coast, due to their specific car mechanics.
