A Freewheel Skip, in TrackMania, is a technique where a freewheel is skipped

One method of doing this is named Clown Skip and is used by perfectly driving against the road wall/border, and on the rammstein in a such a way where the freewheel is avoided.

Another common method of skipping a free wheel can be seen on Kackiest Kacky #-100, where the car is flipped upside down using the start block and one wheel is hugging the wall while the rest remain in the air, keeping 0 wheels in contact with the free-wheel block, eventually reaching the other side and either un-turtling or reaching the finish, depending on the track. This Track also has since been Clown Skipped
