"TrackMania ModLoader" (TM ModLoader or ModLoader), is an application made by Tomashu a well known developer in the Trackmania community. ModLoader was made with the purpose of making it easier to create and add mods to TMNF with mods like TMUnlimiter and Comp Patch.
