Purpose
Webref is a lightweight alternative to {{Cite web}} for wikis where that template is not available.
It formats basic web citations for use inside <ref> tags.
Usage

Parameters
url– (required) the full link.title– the page/video/article title (italicized).site– website/platform name (defaults to "Website").author– optional author/uploader name.date– publication/upload date.access– date accessed.
