DxTweak is an external software used to limit your steering input on your controller or joystick, this does not work for keyboard. It is an extremely controversial piece of software since its still debatable whether it should be allowed or not. For instance, on TMUF it is somewhat allowed, and it is used mostly on Rally and Coast, on the other hand in TM2, it is strictly forbidden to use it to drive backwards on Valley due to its immense acceleration and the requirement for very slight and precise steering. In TM2020, it forbidden for any use of external software, the game it self has its own steer limiting capabilities called, Action Keys.
