Pages using this must follow this advice:
Use level-2 headings. Capitalization does not matter. Most sections are optional, but three are required: Description, Conditions and limits, and How to Perform. For titles with “&”, you may use the full title or either side alone (e.g., “Use Cases & Purpose”, “Use Cases”, or “Purpose”).
